FANNETTSBURG – Rep. John Hershey (R-Franklin/Juniata/Mifflin) today announced that he will be hosting monthly satellite office hours in Fannettsburg beginning in April to provide more residents of the district convenient access to state services.
Office hours will be held on the second Wednesday of each month, beginning on April 10, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Metal Township Fire Company, 10862 Path Valley Road, Fannettsburg.
Services available during satellite office hours are the same services available at Hershey’s other offices, including assistance with PennDOT paperwork and birth certificate applications. Staff can also provide information about state legislation, help with Property Tax/Rent Rebate applications and make referrals to agencies to resolve state-related matters.
“I have the privilege of representing many Pennsylvanians over a wide geographical distance,” said Hershey. “It’s a top priority that I make access to their state representative as convenient as possible for those who live farther from my district offices.”
Hershey has full-time offices in Mifflintown and Lewistown, as well as an office in Franklin County that’s open Mondays and Wednesdays.
